Description: WWII 1940 GERMAN MEDICAL INFLATABLE SEAT CUSHION - DRGM DESCRIPTION: Offered to you is this original WW2 German medical inflatable rubber seat cushion . Complete manufacturer markings ATLAS and dated 1940. Also bears the DRGM (Deutsche Reich Registered Design) markings. These were used to assist soldiers with injuries that prevented them from seating on a hard surface or for heavy cases of hemorrhoid sufferers. Very rare and unusual item. For condition see photos. Inside diameter: 6” ; outside diameter: 15 1/2". Scarce and highly collectable item. German WWII items were destroyed at a great scale after the war by all participating countries. A couple of years ago we were able to completely buy out probably the only untouched military warehouse of leftover captured German WWII equipment including some precious Lazarett field hospital equipment and sets.
