This is a very nice piece and it works as it should, freely and turns easily. Measures approximately 8 1/2" tall (without loop) 10 1/2" (with top loop) x approximately casting is approximately 6 1/8" wide. Weighs 3.5 lbs All REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED!
