WDCC Disney ENCHANTED CASTLES (Complete Set of Six) SNOW BELLE ARIEL CINDERELLA

This complete set of six Disney Enchanted Castles ornaments is a must-have for any Disney collector. The set includes ornament versions of all six castles featured in Disney animated films. The various castles were released separately over the years and usually matched a larger figurine version in the series. But I preferred these miniature versions. They took up less space and could easily be displayed together in multiple configurations. The detail on all of them is incredible and you can almost imagine yourself running through the various rooms and turrets. Each of the six castles is approximately 3" in height. The Sultan's Palace is slightly bigger. They all come in their individual WDCC boxes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Two of the castles (Cinderella and the Beast's Castle) also have their special Castle Deeds as well. You had to send away for these, so apparently I didn't do that with the other four. All of the castles have a gold string that can be used for hanging them. Some have them attached, and some are in the box, but they all have them. These ornaments have NEVER BEEN HUNG ON A TREE. They were all displayed together in a wall-mounted glass curio cabinet (except for the Sultan's Palace, which has never been displayed) for a period of time and then packed up in their boxes. They make quite a cool collection when displayed together. Here's a little about the Walt Disney Classics Collection from their website: The Classics Collection started in 1992 with three scenes, Bambi, Cinderella, and Fantasia's Sorcerer Apprentice. Many other series have since been introduced. Some figurines are limited, and some have been retired. Some of these figurines have risen high on the secondary market. The figurines are made of porcelain, and the process is similar to that use to make Hummel figurines. Individual pieces are molded, put together, and fired in an oven. Then they are painted and fired again. Each figurine is marked on the bottom, signifying the year it was produced. The marks represent significant milestones in Disney history. The figurines with the first year mark are usually the most desirable.
