VTG Keystone Children's Crank Projector E26 , works, 5 Movies 3 empty boxes READ

Description: This is a vintage Keystone children's crank projector, with instruction sheet, inspection slip. 5 movies in boxes and 3 empty boxes. I am NOT an expert or a collector, just a humble reseller trying to describe my items for sale as honestly and as best I can. From ebay and other research, I believe this is an E26. If someone out there wants to correct me, please do - I'd like to learn more about these very cool old projectors. The crank appears to work the mechanism properly and I plugged it in carefully and the bulb lit up - I stopped there because the cord is frayed and brittle and the plug has exposed wire terminals. There is a take-up reel and also the metal donor reel extension and washer. There are 5 movies, as shown, and three empty boxes. I have not tried out the movies, as the projector cord needs to be replaced for safe use and I don't have another 16mm projector right now. However, I did remove them from their boxes to see that there is a viable looking film - I looked at the leaders, they appear to be properly labeled. I cannot vouch for the reliability of the movies being what they are supposed to be or their playability. But I wouldn't sell them if I was suspicious that they were mislabeled, abused or appeared brittle or damaged, but they are old...that's all I can say. Safety film.... reminds me of Cinema Paradiso, where, in the past, movie film was extremely flammable and the bulbs were hot, Alfredo the lovely old projectionist was.........oh listen to me, lol. I don't want to give away too much about the movie here. Anyway, whether you buy this or not, do yourself a favor and watch Cinema Paradiso if you haven't already. Aside from being a wonderful story, the cinematography is incredible, the setting in rural Italy is stunning, great soundtrack, and the ending is beautiful. It won 5 BAFTA awards. So, these are "safety films" which assured the buyer that they were not the old highly flammable type. Please be sure to look at all the pictures carefully before buying.
