Description: Payment would be appreciated within 24 hours after the listing ends. We ship to the United States only. Item Description: This auction is for an old World War 2 era theater made machete that belonged to a gentleman who was in the US Military during World War 2. The machete weighs 1 pound 3 ounces. The machete measures 20.75" long overall with a blade length of about 15.5". The blade shows wear with scratches and has tarnish and some surface rust. There are a few small dings on the blade edge. I am not sure what the handle is made out of, possibly some sort of resin. It is cracked on one side and it runs down the center of the top section (see pics 8,9,10,11). It comes with the canvas sheath shown. It shows wear and has a couple of wear holes in the fabric and some oxidation and tarnish on the metal parts. The sheath is not original to this machete but it is World War 2 era. I figured it would help protect the blade during shipment. Please take a look at all of the pictures for condition. Please check the shipping estimate before bidding. We DO NOT offer free shipping.
