Description: This vintage tin litho toy is 10" long including the spare tire part. The top half of the torso of the police officer comes off the seat, and both arms are connected with a string. One stays attached to the wheel, but the other does not because a tiny metal piece attached to the hand snapped off. I am unsure if it all works, as I do not have the right size batteries to test. I can tell you that the battery compartment is in excellent condition. Like many toys like this, there are a lot of scattered marks around the police car. One big flaw is that the top of the windshield frame has a big dent.
