Description: Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage street scene / landscape oil painting / wall hanging done on hard artist board. It is framed within a thin edge wooden frame. The painting shows areas of texture throughout. Unsigned. We purchased it out of a 70's estate, so we're guessing it was done somewhere around that era. It'll make a nice addition to any interior setting. Measurements: Including the frame, it measures approx. 31.5" wide x 23.5" tall. Condition: The painting is in very good condition - no scratches, dents, dings, repairs, etc. The frame shows general signs of light wear, particularly around the edges - a fresh coat of paint around the edges will fix that easily. The frame is structurally sound with no major issues to report. The painting needs a new hanging mechanism attached to the back side for display purposes.
