It is blessed by Russian church and has a stamp of Sofrino Monastery on the back of the icon. On the front of the icon there is a writing in ancient Russian language “Nativity of Jesus Christ”. The icon is made on thick cardboard and reinforced by lacquered paper from both sides. The icon is decorated with gold and silver foil (see details). On the back the icon has special feature for hanging. Size is 4.5x5.25''.
