Description: This is a nice old canning jar from the 1940s or earlier. It has a heavy quality to it, more so than modern jars. It does have a flaw/chip around the top. There is no brand name on it but it does have a symbol on the bottom. I had a hard time getting it to show up in a photo. The thing I love best about this jar is the handwritten label from 1941. This jar once held homemade mincemeat. This jar was discovered tucked away in a shed. It was filthy dirty but cleaned up nicely. It's about 7-1/8" tall. Thanks for looking!
