Description: Vintage Noritake “Style” 35pc.Tea Set/Dinnerware Set. Arabian Desert Scene 1921-1940 Perfect condition, but not complete.This set was made with Noritake molds for certain. Similar signed Noritake pieces have identical shapes, handles, lids, etc. Even the coloration of the scene is similar to the “Tree in the Meadow” Noritake pattern and others.The “Crown S” mark is not familiar, and was not found after much research. A few of the pieces are unmarked. The set is meticulously hand painted, though very slight variations in the artist’s work are visible. The set shows very insignificant wear. I assume it was on display, and not for use. If you know the mark I would appreciate your comments.
