No owners marks evident. 118VAC, 60 cycles, corded light This magnifying light takes a 22w 8" 4 pin circular lamp which is readily available at the big box stores for around $10. For shipping, to aid in keeping shipping costs low, the light head will be unbolted from the arm to reduce the box length. You will just need to remove the bolt in the arm, slide in the head onto the arm and reinstall the bolt. Please note that the last picture in this listing which is showing the light "on" looks yellowish. I just can't get my camera to take a good picture white picture of the light. The light is white!
