Description: Vintage Irving W. Rice & Co Perfume Bath Salts Dog Figurine Holder Preowned 1920. This holder is in good condition for being 100 plus years old! He stands 7 1/2” tall… there are 2 flea bites on the bottom of his orange bow… some red paint that didn’t get covered in orange paint this is a manufactures flaw..Other than this no cracks or scratches to be found…. original plug is still in the piece, I have not taken out to see if any smell is left….I will leave that for its new owner to decide.
