Description: This is the rare Ideal Nancy Flatsy playset (doll) on the original card and in cello. There is no frame. I think this may have been how it was sold and then put in the plastic frame. The original price tag is in back. The cello has some holes but from the outside looking in it appears to be complete. There are some stains on the doll's costume due to the holes in the cello.
