I acquired this as part of a very large collection from a guy who purchased these direct from TSR by mail. It does not appear to have even been looked through. I personally rate this at a Near Mint to Mint condition, and by that, I mean no apparent obvious defects, high cover gloss with no fading, flat covers, centered and unworn, flat and tight spine, centered staples, and interior pages clean and white (permissible defects: slight stress by staples, minute corner creases, small binding or printing faults).
