There are very few, faint scuffs to the case (see photo) and the decal is in great shape. Size - 6 feet in length As seen in the last two photos, there is a slight bend in the metal tape (around 8"). It is not that bad, but just keeping it honest....otherwise tape portion in terrific condition. The recoil of the tape does slow down around 12", but does close completely. I actually like this as there is no fast recoil to catch little fingers.Lets the little ones work along side their Moms & Dads! BEST PRICE on EBAY!!
