Description: Vintage FRANCIE #1214 CULOTTE WOT(1968) Near Complete Dress,boots,stockings HTF. This is a sweet little 1960s outfit for Francie which is sometimes HTF. The hot pink culottes have no stains. Bow is frayed as well as portions on the arm holes. There is also a tiny fray on the back closure. Button secure. 1 missing loop. Hot pink boots have a small spot on one boot. Thigh high fishnet stockings included and have a tiny green spot on one. I believe these fishnets belong to this outfit.
