Description: Vintage 1975 Fisher-Price Play Family Castle. Castle Only, Little People, Playset #993. This large Castle is from the 1975 Fisher-Price Little People playset #993: The Play Family Castle. It has a green plastic base, 4 towers with a triangular plastic turquoise flag on the end of a spring pole on the tallest tower. The front of the castle has a moat with blue lithograph water design. Over the moat is a yellow drawbridge that can be raised & lowered. There are 2 windows above the drawbridge, and a red roof above the windows. The castle measures approximately 17" wide by 12¾" deep by 17" tall. The shorter front tower has a trap door on top that drops to the prison below, the prison has yellow bars by the moat that can be raised. There is a yellow pull-hook handle in the back that opens a secret passageway door to a dungeon exit on the side of the base. Inside the Castle is a sliding gray staircase that opens into the base of another tower. The castle has marks and wear from children playing with is.
