Description: Black cocktail dress vintage 1960s with Union made label and tag stating size 15, in “AS IS, AS FOUND” condition. I believe it is rayon with machine made crocheted (?) three-quarter sleeves which end in a pouf below the elbow. There are a few tiny pulls (threads) on the back of the dress which could be pulled to the inside. Both armpits have holes in the area where crocheted sleeve meets the dress bodice. With that in mind this dress is sold “as is” to be creatively repaired or altered to your liking by you. There is a sweet bow at the bustline. Measurements are as follows: Bust pit to pit 19” Waist 16” Hips 19” Shoulder to hem 40”
