With some yellowing here and there, this is more of an ivory than white. Measurements are as follows:Hat: 5 7/8" long, 5 3/8" wide measured on the outside, inside 4 1/2" wide by 5" long;Veil: 17 1/2" measured from the back of the hat.The tulle looks to be doubled over, making the back longer that the first portion.
