Description: Vintage 1960s formal prom/ball gown. Tag - ILGWU, International Ladies Garment Workers Union. There is no size tag; somewhere in the range of a size 9 I'm guessing but only guessing. Great condition, no tears or stains. Fabric feels like a little thicker polyester, not at all sheer. Gown is sleeveless. Black and white with black bow down the front. Empire waistline with black daisy trim. V back, zipper closure. Slit bottom center back. Dress measures 54-1/2 inches from top of shoulder strap to bottom hem. The slit at the bottom center back is 12 inches. Measurement across the empire waist (daisy trim) is 12 inches. Armpit to armpit measurement is 13 inches, flat; however, there are two vertical darts in the bust for expansion.
