VINTAGE 1939 SATURDAY EVENING POST COMPLETE MAGAZINE, KING GEORGE ARTICLE, #3

Description: This magazine is in only FAIR Condition, it is complete, & has 76 pages, none missing. The cover & first 2 pages are loose from the top staple, also pages 37-40 are loose from the top staple. Some of the pages have faint pink tint that has bled over from the red tint in some of the ads. I find this is common with a lot of my Saturday Evening Post Magazines. The magazine has an interesting article on King George & shows Princess Elizabeth, the future queen, & other interesting articles that are common with Saturday Evening Post Magazines. Any shadowing on pictures are from me & not on the pictures. Magazines this old may have light soiling or yellowing from age. If you have questions or would like more pictures, please ask before bidding. Thank you. (For your information, I have had luck removing labels from magazines with a hair dryer.) All of my magazines are in safe plastic bags. I take care in packaging to prevent damage. I send all of my magazines in bubble lined envelopes, with cardboard backing to prevent bending or folding. I have been an avid collector of antiques & collectibles for several years. I am now getting ready to start selling some of my collections so that my children won't have that job after I am gone. My collections are postcards, old magazines, old books, sheet music, old valentines & other paper goods, 78 records, jewelry, ladies compacts, perfume bottles, head vases, other ladies items, old linens, old dolls, kitchen utensils & wares, tins, glass wear, figurines, old prints, primitives, and about everything except money & stamps. I have been collecting for over 50 years, I am now 81, and don't move too fast, so I am slow at getting things listed, but if you check back occasionally you might find something you might be interested in. I try to give complete and accurate descriptions of all items that I list. I will gladly refund your money if I inadvertently misrepresent any item that I sell. You must notify me & return items within 3 days of receiving item. I do not refund if you change your mind or for buyer's remorse, I show pictures of my items & give complete descriptions, so that you can see what you are buying.
