Description: Ivory satin wedding dress has a dropped, shaped waist, ruched front with high, shaped neckline and a gathered panel inserted into the short, puffy sleeves, which have sleeve headers to make them sit up high. It has a full skirt. Buttons down the back with lots of little covered buttons. The fabric is a rayon satin damask, if you look at it in the right light you can see the floral design in the weave. No labels, this is a custom made dress - late 1930s-1940s. Measurements Small Fits bust 86 cm (34") Waist 71 cm (28") Hips 91 cm (36") Shoulders 33.6 cm (13.25") Back 31.7 cm (12.5") plus the sleeve forms part of the back Sleeve 28 cm (11") Length 151 cm (59.5") Condition Good. There is a small hole in the back near the buttons and 3-4 small holes in the back of the skirt which are lost in the fullness. A mark near the hem at the back.
