Description: Here is a set of vintage "Standard" heavy towel bars. "Standard" became "American Standard". This style of heavy towel bars were usually on larger more expensive models of wall-hung lavatory sinks. Typically these were installed with large/heavy front legs that have a wide bell shaped top that fits into thefront round slots in each towel bar. Chrome is in very nice condition with no rust or damage, (minimal scratches in the original chrome finish). Center holes for connecting to the sinks are at 16.75 inch centers. The overall size of each bar is 18.00 inches long. A matched set I've had for many years.
