This unique reel is well made - the reel spins on the handle. Very thin copper wire. There must be a lot of the wire, as this piece is a bit heavy - it weights about 1.5 lbs.I assume it was made in the U.S. 8" wide, x 10" high x 3/4" depth. Excellent antique condition.
