Description: USS AMERICA CV-66 WALL PLAQUE 4 1/4" Brass Metal Emblem. Very Rare. Emblem looks to have been re-attached with some type of glue as pictured. The plaque is 10 1/4 inches tall, 8 1/2 inches wide and 3/4 inch thick wood. Wood is most likely walnut. The last picture is my wife being flown by the Cleveland Clinic for her original heart transplant Thanksgiving 2020. Sadly, it failed and she has now received a second heart transplant after spending 4 months in a Cardiac ICU. I am attempting to raise money to deal with the existing and future medical bills, the cost of drugs and our mortgage. The last few years have exhausted our savings and exceed our income.
