Description: This Buy it Now auction is for a M-1945 Combat Field Pack. This type of Backpack was used from WW2 to the Korean War, and also to the Vietnam War era. The Combat Pack Top is a M-1945 part, and the Cargo Attachment Bottom is a M-1945 part. The two parts are connected together with straps and buckles. The Combat Pack Top has a faded marking. The Combat Pack Top is a WW2 vintage part. The interior rubberized lining is cracked and flaking. One of the straps that connects to the M-1944 Suspenders is missing a metal end part, and has some rip damage. All three side loops for holding a tent are still on the backpack top. The Combat Pack has some M-1944 Suspenders that are Korean War era. The backpack has a M-1945 Cargo Attachment that is dated 1945, and still has the interior rubberized lining in the cargo attachment. The rubberized lining is cracked, and flaking in the cargo attachment. There are also two separate extra rubberized linings, that are also cracked and flaking. One of the extra separate rubberized linings has the printed instructions. There is a M-1923 Cartridge Belt that has faded markings, and is WW2 to Korean War vintage. The Cartridge Belt has some rip damage to the Raise-The-Dot style snaps. One pocket on the Cartridge belt has a broken snap, and a Korean War era oil container. There are also empty stripper clips in the pocket of the belt. There is a M-1942 First Aid Pouch that has a 1963 date. The First Aid Pouch has a WW2 to Korean War era bandage in the original box. There is a WW2 era Cleaning Rod Pouch, that is empty and missing the cleaning rods. There is a M-1943 Folding Shovel that is dated 1945. The Shovel has a WW2 to Korean War Shovel Cover, that has rip damage. There are Two M-1910 Canteens in M-1910 Canteen Covers, with one M-1910 Canteen Cup. The two Canteens, and the one Canteen Cup, are all dated 1945. One of the Canteen Covers has faded markings, and the other is dated 1945. There is a M-1910 Mess Kit that is dated 1944. The Mess kit is missing the fork, knife, and spoon. I do not have the eating utensils for the Mess Kit. There is an empty WW2 era Gas Mask Bag, with faded markings. There is one M-1938 Spat Legging, I only have the one, and ddo not know ther size. This Backpack is old and in Used Condition, with wear damage from use. There are some dirt stains, sun fading from use, frayed edges, cracked rubberized material that is flaking, scratches, paint loss, and oxidation to the metal parts, missing parts, etc. These items are no longer in the perfect condition that they once were in the day they were originally manufactured. They are both damaged from being used, and damaged from being old. Time slowly destroys old things. This backpack and other items is way too much stuff to be able to fit in a Large size USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. These items will have to be mailed in a package around the size of 22 Inches, by 23 Inches, by 10 Inches. These items weigh around 20 Pounds LBS. What is a "Used Condition" item? It is an item that is in "Poor Terrible Condition". They are better condition than "Dug Relic Condition" items. Items are no longer like how they were the day they were first manufactured. Items have been used by someone Decades ago in another Century. Items will have defects and damage from having been used. The older something is, the worse the condition will be. Wool items will have Moth holes. Expect Moth damage to old wool items. Expect clothing to have dirt stains, frayed cuffs and collars. Expect there to be Mildew and Mold damage stains. Expect wrinkles. Expect buttons to be broken or missing. Expect zippers to be broken and non functional. Expect size tags to be missing or damaged. Expect leather items to be dried out and cracked. Hats will be crushed and bent out of shape. Do not expect clothing to fit you, it is not your size. Expect oxidation and rust on the metal parts. Expect items to have microscopic fractures when looked at under a microscope. Expect Electronic items to no longer work or be functional. These items are old and things slowly get destroyed by time. A Medium Priority Mail Flat Rate box costs $22.00 to mail within the United States, or $80.00 to mail to Canada, or $120.00 to mail World Wide overseas outside the USA. A Large Priority Mail Flat Rate box costs $30.00 to mail within the United States, or $100.00 to mail to Canada, or $150.00 to mail World Wide overseas outside the USA. I have mailed items in the past to: (Brazil, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Netherlands, Australia, Canada, Malta, Hungry, Belgium, Taiwan, etc.) I will use the Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes as much as I can. The local Post Office gives those boxes out to use. No "Free Shipping", the buyer has to pay 100% the shipping cost. Ebay Incorporated charges you their "Calculated Shipping" amounts. I don't do the shipping cost amounts. There will be no shipping refunds. I can not save you any money with "Combined Shipping".
