Description: US Postal Used Bi-Centennial Philatelic Passport with Signatures. This came out of the estate of a Newport, Rhode Island collector. The contents of the passport include several autographs of well-known people includeing some of the artists of the stamps which are represented in the book as well as high ranking postal officials. The photographs which I took best describe the contents and condition of this book. There is an interesting lot which includes the autographs of 20 US Astronauts including Neil Armstrong, Alan Bean, John Glenn and 17 others who are well known.
