This particular cancel is featured and fully illustrated on cover - Page 84 of United States Cancellations, 1845-1869 by Skinner & Eno - 1980 Edition. The cover was sent from Miss Manning of Lowell Mass to Mr. Chas. Stone of Groton Center Mass. There is a fancy embossed floral seal on the back flap. The condition of the cover is good except that the edges may have been singed at some time. There are no contents.
