Description: This one-of-a-kind, truly unique statement necklace is one of a number of necklaces made by Christy Nicholas of Green Dragon Artist. She no longer makes as much seed bead jewelry of her own design as in the past so it has become even more special and sought after. Christy Nicholas hand sews each piece, bead by bead, with needle and thread, using glass seed beads, Swarovski crystals and other findings to create the final piece - a unique piece of wearable art. These were purchased directly from Christy in 2014. This necklace was expertly handcrafted by Christy, becoming more and more special the longer you look at it! The main design is a dome-shaped pendant crafted from what appears to be polymer clay, in deep green and purple in what becomes a somewhat floral design at the center. This dome is then surrounded by intricate seed beading in shades of gold, purple, and muted olive green, this detailed beading dangles in a beautiful fringe effect, reminiscent of something like Spanish moss. This main design measures approximately 4 in X 2.5 in. The necklace is 23 inches long, with the pendant hanging from a seed-beaded chain which is beaded in purple and gold in a twisting design. It is secured with a lovely gold toggle closure which also has pretty detailing. This necklace is absolutely one-of-a-kind, you will not see another like it!
