Description: Two Vintage Little Golden Books: The Christmas Story and The Christmas Bunny. The Christmas Story, #158, told by Jane Werner and Illustrated by Eloise Wilkins, 1972, is in good condition for 50 years. There are no marks, torn or crinkled pages. Book is tight. There are a few cover imperfections with edge and corner wear consistent with use. A small amount of cellophane is beginning to get loose and there is some age discoloration. The story is very adaptable to a child’s simple pageant . As story is read , costumed children, with one applicable prop, arrive on the scene. The last half of the story been used as figures are put in a nativity scene. The Christmas Bunny #450-13, by Arnold Rabin and illustrated by Carolyn Ewing, I994, is in very good condition. There are no torn or crinkled pages or marks in book proper. There is a name and inscription on first two pages. Book is tight with minor corner wear on cover.
