If damage occurs in shipping the item this damage can be taken up with the shipping service if insurance was purchased/included with the shipping service. I do not like receiving my eBay items in packages with little to no packing material, and I can understand that you would not like this as well. Since I also do sell some vintage very rare board games, Lego's and other fragile and/or vintage items which are not replaceable, I must ensure the items are packaged and shipped very carefully.
