Back cover has crease line. Both books have slight discoloration to edges of interior first few pages, and both books have slight edge bumping (corner rounding, but not severe as corners are sharp on the hardcover, softcover has more of the dulling/rounding). Overall: GOOD. Hardcover book has slight spotting to cover, inside cover first page pencil writing. Overall: VERY GOOD. Brochure has very little to any noticeable cosmetic effects. Overall: NEAR MINT. Bulletin has bottom left crimp/crease and some markings in same place (look like faded pen slashes, although not overly severe). Overall: GOOD
