Our Practices

• We rescue books from destruction by partnering with charities.

• We employ previously unemployed people in regional areas to sort, index, and list our books.

• Our books are carefully checked for quality and accuracy in our regional warehouses.

• We send book orders under 500g as letters via Australia Post, typically without tracking, and books over 500g as parcels via AusPost or courier services.

• Used books may have signs of previous use, such as a folded page as a market etc

Our checks are to the physical books themselves to see if they are complete (pages etc), we try filter books out that come with "extras" but it's hard to do so, so if your buying a book for the purpose of the toy or the worksheets or colouring in etc please buy a NEW one so your not dissapointed.

• All books will have a sticker on the spine used by our warehouse to organise and mark our stock.
• Colouring books and work books may be filled out
• Books that come with toys will mostly likley have the toys missing (despite what's in the photos or the title).
