This item was in my mother-in-law’s estate so I am not sure if she ever used it. It is in the original plastic and box, Also included is the original pamphlet. PRODUCT FEATURES: * White outer body and lid made of highly durable plastic * Inner, double-walled glass vacuum liner provides efficient hot and cold retention for approximately 12 hours or 6 hours respectively (a full Carafe provides the best insulation) * One finger lever on lid eliminates unscrewing of lid to pour * Optional two-colored slip-on tab slips on finger lever to help identify hot, cold, or decaffeinated beverage HOW TO CLEAN: * Hand wash only!
