The original, typewritten paper was included with this free copy, asking for the recipient's review. Paperwork shows a publish date of August 17, 1953. This paperwork has been in this book for 70+ years! Please note that there is nothing about the book itself that designates it as a review copy - this was prior to special ARC/Proof markings on books. Book and review paper have pencil markings.
