The edges are scuffed and worn. The corners are torn and bumped. Bookseller's label at lower left of front pastedown. Also mounted to the front pastedown is a pocket containing a softcover edition of The Hound of Heaven by Francis Thompson, London: Burns & Oates, (nd) (leaves fully separated from each other). Internally, there are 10 mounted plates. There is some browning and discoloration, particularly along the edges. Other dings here and there.
