This book was signed (personalized) by Dean Smith to Bob Mallek. Bob was a basketball player in college. The inside cover of the book has some light discoloration due to the newspaper being stored inside base the book for years. Overall, very good condition. 2) March 16, 1997 The Chapel Hills News Your Hometown Paper celebrating Dean Smith winning number 877 and becoming the winningest coach in NCAA history. Papers in great shape. 3) March 16, 1997 Special Commemorative Edition newspaper celebrating Dean Smiths historic victory and career. This is in very good shape. 4) May/June 1997 Carolina Alumni Review magazine. This has information about the school in general, but overwhelmingly stories and pictures about Dean Smith and the basketball program.
