It is a First Avon Edition Paperback dated 1945. The book is in good used condition. It has wear along the edges, corners, covers. It has some small folded corners on a couple pages. A quick thumb through found no markings or any other issues inside the book. The binding and pages are still tight with no loose pages. The pages are starting to tan along the edges. The spine is faded. It still has plenty of life left in it. Take a look at the pictures as they are part of the description.
