Pour the boiled water into a clean and dry ceramic tea pot containing one tea bag per person. Use about 200ml of water per bag. Stir after one minute and allow to steep for a further two or three minutes before serving. This is a light, bright and delicate tea, therefore best taken without milk and ideally also without sugar.
