The gold paint pen on Slim Jim Phantoms autograph skipped a bit and is not as clear as Brian and Lee's. The Outer cover and record are not included. Not sure what happened to them. Items signed by all 3 are hard to come by. This was signed on 3 separate occassions over a L O N G period of time. Brian was last to sign this was there was a period where he refused to sign anything that was not on the Interscope Label.
