This box simply decouples a single combined HV and Signal connection into separate connectors for each, or (when used in reverse) couples separate HV and signal sources into a single combined connector.Splitter / Combiner Box for Scintillation Detectors, in a Durable Black Powder Coated Aluminum Case. It's a must have device for every Rad Lab. The box allows you to combine a two cable detector, meter or device with separate Signal & HV, into a single cable with combined Signal and HV. Or it allows you to separate a single cable detector, meter or device into two cables that carry the signal and HV separately (bi-directional use, see last two pictures). This unit comes with BNC combined signal/HV connector and separates the signal and the HV to separate BNC connectors on the opposite side of the box. I use only High Quality Amphenol (AMP) BNC connectors and High Quality Components in this device.Please see my other listings if you prefer a splitter Box with a Ludlum style C or an MHV connector for the HV (High Voltage) connection. I can custom fit other connectors upon request (please make request before purchase). Can be used with many Bicron & Saint-Gobain, Harshaw, Ludlum Alpha Spectra and other manufactures Gamma Scintillation Detectors and Survey Meters. Also works with many professional and DIY power supplies and MCA units.
