South Park KYLE Plush Toy Prototype? H.H. TOY 1990's/20’s VERY RARE Vintage

Description: This is what I think is a Sample Kyle plush from some sort of never produced south park plush set, I have encountered SP Plushies that look similar to this one both on eBay from other resellers and on several Chinese shopping sites and a lot of them have some sort of Sample tag and I haven't seen a single one that looks completely identical from one another. The tush tag on the front has a logo of what I can only assume is the factories logo and the back reads “H.H. Toy Made in China” on the back, however there is nothing saying Sample or anything else for that matter. From my experiences acquiring and reselling other prototypes many sample tags will have similar types of tags like this with the Factories name and logo, with all that said I still think this is a tag from a factory in China but I cannot 100% confirm as it doesn't directly say its a Sample. I have never seen any bootlegs with tags directly saying their companies and if it was officially released it would at least have some kind of copyright texts on it so with that said I do believe its a Sample. The plush itself is also very well made using very nice fabrics and does not feel like a bootleg, it also uses several layers of cardboard to keep the plushies shape. I originally acquired this from a seller in China selling off assorted plush and I do not believe they were a factory worker. Please see photos for best details.
