He is holding a red toothpaste tube and a yellow toothbrush. Vintage 1980. Schleich Peyo, made in Hong Kong. 🦷 Preowned item in very clean condition. The Smurf figure is in overall good vintage condition with some small paint chips (mostly on the nose and hand) as seen in the pictures. The chips almost look like toothpaste suds.
