Description: The Serra Jaws comb kit is a direct bolt on jaw set for standard 6 inch vices. The Serra Jaws are a one stop shop for all your roughing operation needs. They are made from ground A2 tool steel then hardened in a vacuum furnace to 58-60 RC. The lower carrier is made from cold rolled 1018 mild steel then finished milled.These jaws are designed to work in 6 inch standard vices. The Serra Jaws have a scale on them for easy alignment of parts with out the need for stops or measuring from the end of your jaw. There super low profile grabs on to only .060 of your part allowing you to rough out more of your part with a minimal amount material to remove in your second operation We have these in multiple variations from 4 to 8 inch jaw designed to fit almost any CNC vise available. The Serra Jaw strips are also available separately for fixturing applications.
