Description: Catarrh was basically the common cold or head congestion. So, what good would this tiny bottle be for that? It stands 2 ½” high and only ½” in a light aqua. The neck is fat and crooked with a ring lip. It looks to be the mid to late 1890s. It is embossed “DR COLE’S CATARRH CURE”. We know that most “cures” went away with the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906. It turns out this was a snuff that was mostly cocaine which is not very good for our sinuses. In dug condition and is hazy on the inside but there is no damage.
