Uncle Sam Stamp NOS Marked "National Label Company - Philadelphia, PA" Showing only minor, if any sings of age, handling, toning. No tears or fold creases. Edges are clean and sharp. Gum adhesive backing - very much like a postal stamp, it will curl a bit with any sign of humidity. I have few of these - all in the same great condition as the example in the photos.
