The inside is an ivory lining (not sheer) that is attached at the top neckline and sleeveless. The arms are just the sheer floral material. Rounded neckline, there is some subtle pleated at the front of the neckline and one section of leating in the back. There are slits on the top of the arms in a "cold shoulder" design. When laid flat and unstretched, this measures 23" inches across at the armpits and 28" inches in length. I ship in padded bubble mailers. CONDITION Excellent pre-owned condition!
