Description: This vintage Rossini Japan 2-sided bank features a colorful happy/sad clown design that is sure to add a touch of whimsy to any collection. Standing at 8 1/2 inches high, this bank is made of plaster and was crafted in Japan. It is in good vintage condition. It does have a ding in the plaster (see picture) and a few nicks in the paint here and there. Needs a plug for the base of the bank. Could use a little cleaning with a q-tip.
