The brass has been cleaned and polished, the socket interiors replaced with new old stock sockets inside the original Meteor covers, and the painted finish has been refreshed. The painted finish is an antique gold color with black dry-brushed in the crevices to show the ornate details. The beautiful lamp has lots of eye-catching details like hammered, twisted and textured finishes. No cracks or dents in the brass, no cracks in the cast iron pieces. The lamp uses 2 standard-base light bulbs up to 60 watts or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like as they use low wattage for bright light. Light bulbs not included.
