Normal wear from use and age. Clean in general inside and out. Sealed seams are dry from age and could benefit being resealed if desired. Zippers work great. DAC 9mm OD aluminum poles are in good condition. The original carry bag was not found or included but the previous owner used a REI 3 person tent main bag which is included. Stakes also not included. Tent measures 7' x 4' x 40" and everything shown weighs 2 lbs 10 oz. Great replacement parts / pieces with everything included together as shown. * BEING SOLD AS IS, AS FOUND.
